Offline Payment Option

A. Cash : Clients can make payment by depositing cash in our Bank Of India account through any of theBank Of India branches anywhere in India. (You need not be a Bank Of India A/c holder to deposit cash in any of the Bank Of India Branches.) Please send a mail to us after remitting the payment. Your order will be processed immediately. Please Deposit Rs.100/- extra as cash deposit charges.

B. Demand Draft: The customers (from India only) can send Demand Drafts. Please take the DD from any Nationalized/Recognized Bank Branches. All DD's will be in favour of "Sumana Infotech" payable at "Kolkata". Your order will be processed after we receive your Demand Draft.

Please Send an email after sending the DD. Mention the date, Amount of Rupees and Name of the Bank on which the DD is drawn.

C. Account Payee Cheques: The customers (from Kolkata only) can send A/c Payee cheques. All cheques will be in favour of "Sumana Infotech". No outstation cheques please. (Exception: Some Premium Banks who issue cheques which are "PAYABLE AT PAR AT ALL BRANCHES IN INDIA") Your order will be processed after your cheque is encashed.

Please Send an email after sending the Cheque. Mention the date, Amount of Rupees, Name of the Bank and Cheque Number.

Don't send Cheque/DD by ordinary post/SPEED POST.
SEND THROUGH REPUTED PRIVATE COURIER SERVICES ONLY.
